Laura's Sketch 15

It's been a busy week this week. Been getting ready for a "surprise" 40th wedding anniversary party for the in-laws, I say "surprise" because my mother-in-law doesn't like surprises, so her cousin (who's organising it) asked her if it was ok to hold a surprise party for her! BUT she doesn't know it's this Saturday, although she has her suspicions! Complicated I know!

I've also just started holding card-making lessons with a girl who has learning difficulties, so I had to put together some ideas of things to make with her. It went really well and she thoroughly enjoyed herself so I'm looking forward to our next session on Tuesday - I think we'll do some stamping and colouring in - yeah!

Anyway, it's Laura's turn, over at 2 Sketches 4 You and above is what I came up with - I'm quite pleased with it.

Items used: Stampin Up! stamps and card stock, Basic Grey flower paper, dotty ribbon from Ribbon Oasis and a tiny butterfly punch from Fancy Crafts.

It's so pretty! How nice that you're teaching card making. I'll bet your student is enjoying it, too. :)
